 Role: International Voice Support Executive
 Location: Bangalore
 Shift: US/UK Rotational Night Shift (On-site)
 Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers Welcome!)
 Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound & outbound international calls
 Resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy
 Maintain process quality and performance standards
 Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills Willingness to work in night shifts

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
